How it Works ?

  1. Add your offer price (Note: Seller has set a minimum acceptable price. Buyer is not allowed to send offer below that price)

  2. Select Order Type: Pick-up OR  Shipping

  3. Enter Payment information

  4. Enter Pickup OR Shipping information

  5. Send Offer

How long Seller have to accept the offer ?

Seller has 24 hours to Accept or Reject your offer.

When will I be Charged ?
Buyer will be charged on acceptance of the offer only. No payment is deducted before the seller accepts the offer.

Cancel Offer
You can cancel your offer any time before the seller has accepted your offer and order is placed successfully.

Edit/ Change Offer

You can not edit the offer. You can cancel your current offer and send a new offer before the seller has accepted your offer.

Can I cancel my offer after the seller has accepted my offer ?

You can not cancel an offer once accepted by the seller and the order is placed. Contact the seller for any change or cancellation.

Make Offer : Pick-up Help

What is a Pick-Up ?

Localyft has partnered with third party locations near-by your area for convenience of your local shopping. 

How does it work ?

  • Seller has selected one or more of our partnering locations while listing the product for sale. Sellers may have selected these locations as it may be convenient for them to Drop-off item(s) on time after order confirmation. 

  • Customers can select one of the locations from the Pick Up location list on Confirm your order screen. 

  • You will see the final amount including tax & other fees after selecting Pick-up location.

  • To place your order → Click on button: Confirm & Checkout 

  • Seller has 3 days  to drop-off item(s) at your selected location from the day the order is confirmed.

  • Buyer will receive an Order ready for pick-up  notifications and reminders via your Mobile app account and email.

How much time do I have to Pick-Up ?

Buyer has 4 days of time after the seller drops-off the product. Your 4 days count starts after Order is ready for Pick-up.

Make Offer: Shipping Help

How does Shipping Orders Work ?

  • Buyer will see Shipping option on Click of Buy Now OR Make Offer under Select Method section - This option is available in case the Seller has allowed a Shipping method for listing.

  • On the Click of Order Now button, customers will see an option to add Shipping details and other required information.

  • Seller will Mark your order as Shipped and update your order with tracking number and shipping carrier once your item is shipped.

  • We encourage our Seller(s) to ship items in minimum Standard shipping or faster method.

How Many days Seller has to Ship Item(s) ?

Seller will have to Mark your order as Shipped in maximum 5 days of time and provide tracking details. On the 5th day  count starts after the Order is confirmed and in Pending Shipping status.

What if Seller fails to Ship in Given Time?

Your order will be Cancelled automatically and Complete refund will be provided automatically to the same account used for Payment.
